Control Android rooted phone from Pi2

I hope this is a advance enough to be in this part of forum. I read a lot about it and still, I am pretty confused. So I am having this rooted Galaxy S2 from Samsung, same screen resolution as official Raspberry Pi Display, which I also have. Now, I have the motorhome, problem is, that you only has a "side mirrors" (It is the even thing? I am non native English speaker. Thanks to the build of the motorhome, that mirror which you normally have in your car near to your head on the center of the windscreen, could not be used). Last year I have two phones here, one which transmits video from the Raspi Noir Camera, since I am make sure that I could aim my car even in the dark to the pitch in the camps and not cause any damage), so that was fine. And the other phone works like a navigation, since in the UK where I was, there are some amazing "farm camps", which is not a easily spotted by eye, because of the price of sign on the road, which I was told that it is pretty expensive just to be there so they rely on Google Maps and people who knows where certain camp is. Thats beside the point, the point is, that it was distracting many times, since I am Europe continental driver, which drives on the other side of the road. So I use that "virtual rear-view mirror a lot", I would almost said, that I've became dependent on it, just to drive safely.
So here is the question, I love Sygic navigation and also Google Navigation for finding camps, unfortunately there are no Raspi versions. So my question is there some easy way to show the screen from the phone and since the same resolution as my old phone, is there a way to control it from the official Raspberry Pi display? I mean, I would double dipped Sygic Maps if the would let me to install it on my RPi2 (I am sure that some sort of virtualization of Android system is out of the question). Can someone point me to some direction to the elegant solution how to do this? I need to switch between camera and navigation (I guess I could do some switch on my steering wheel with either bluetooth or some RF module, I've been there I know how to do that, I just want to know, if I could switch between Pi remote for Android and rear-view camera when I touch a button. If it is possible, to somewhat "alt-tab" (sorry I work with Windows Servers mostly, for large company, but I have my desire for Linux, because its like being kid playing with lego and discovering things, which is awesome. Let say that Linux is my hobby, I am not sure how could you be a Windows hobbyist, since everything is in your face and it is easy and boring and I think that Linux has far bigger potential do your things, to make your own stuff and I like do my own stuff.) to another application by pressing a button, send it through the bluetooth/RF to Raspi and show it onto the screen. Can someone pointed me in some direction, because I am also a programmer, but I am still learning about Linux and I am not confident enough, that I could do something like this in a few months. I do mainly Android, iOS and also C/C++ stuff, but for platforms where there is a mature IDEs and I know what am I doing. When I got my first Pi I was so clueless it was funny, everything was different to me and it was frustrating, but I love that.
So if anyone could point me to things which I could concentrate on and make this happened, I would be really grateful. Thanks and have a nice day, evening or night : )
