raspberry pi zero dont read openelec

Hi, i got my pi zero today exited to use it with openelec as my entretainment center, i already have a B+ with openelec so i just put the card on the Zero pi but it didnt work, the zero didnt read the card but it works perfectly with other B+ i have, any idea whats the problem? Thank you guys

You couldn't use Raspian either (afaik) until you had an updated firmware/kernel.
So it could be that the image you are using dont have the updated firmware.

the thing is i dont want to install the new openelec because any of the movie and tv streamers like genesis and pulsar work, so i wanted to use the sd card that its already configured with openelec 1.4.2, is there a way to solve this? can you explain me how?

Its mentioned in exactly the forum post I linked to. You will have to update the firmware manually by copying the relevant files either from a newer openelec image ( or raspbian ).
