is there any way to simulate raspberry pins output without need to buy the board ?
because I need to do simple simulation when need to control just a led using a pushbuttons

I guess I don't quite understand...but you can run wires directly from the gpio pins to whatever switch/led without needing an inermediate board. But I wouldn't call it simulating - it's using the real deal.
