Can we get device support added to the official kernel builds?

Can we get the following device drivers added to the official kernel build:
Serial ATA and Parallel ATA drivers (libata)
AHCI SATA support
Marvell SATA support

Any language using left-hand whitespace for syntax is ridiculous
