how to allow user to change eth0 settings but not wlan0 settings

HI all

I essentially want my users to be able to change the settings for eth0 on the pi, but no be allowed to change the settings of wlan0.

I have no idea how to approach that..

any advice?

What aspect of the eth0 settings do you want to change? Why do you think you need to change them? It's often easier to do fixed addresses in your router's configuration pages rather than on your RPi.
