VNC Kernel Panic?

Fri Jun 29, 2012 6:40 pm

The first thing I did today when my pi finally arrived was to install tight vnc server so that I could remote in from my laptop and try things out on the pi without giving up my TV. At first it worked like a charm, but after a few minutes, my pi stopped cold with a kernel panic. Does that every time I try to log in to the vnc server. :( any ideas?

I'm also having kernel panic issues during operations that involve significant network load.

Have you tried the latest Debian image (wheezy)? I just got it set up and I am now trying the same operations. Will update if it helps.
