Xbox Controller Not Working (Wired)

My Xbox controller is not working with my RetroPie, it is a wired controller but is a Batman Collector's Edition. When I type xboxdrv into the command line, it just says:

===== [ ERROR ] ================
No Xbox or Xbox 360 controller found

Please help me fix this!
