Using MIC29300 3.3BT voltage reg on board

I bringing in 5.0V to the input of the voltage reg but output I measured still at 5.0V, I thought it's supposed to be 3.3V. What happened?

I am using this MIC29300 on the board that has ADC and that goes to the Pi

The most likely scenario is that you've mis-wired something
Next most likely is that you broke it.

So post a diagram of how you meant to wire it, and possibly a photo of how you actually wired it.
