pi dim red led

it randomly happend screen went black wont turn on a VERY dim pwr light will come on i also notice that the samsung chip gets very hot i tested the f3 fuse its fine i tried multiple power supplys and reflashed my sdcard
UPDATE: the f3 polyfuse also gets hot

A dim red LED means the 3.3V power is being pulled low. If the "samsung" chip is hot then it's very likely that the CPU is fried.

Define "randomly happened". Electronics doesn't just break out of the blue (well, it does - but on timescales measured in years).

As in while I was typing a python code also the r2 chip burned me when I tried again

Did you have the Pi on or near a conductive surface?

What were you powering it with?
