I wouldn't recommend disabling IPv6 unless its just temporary since troubleshooting & fixing the issue would be best. Why do you think its needed?
Now your screenshot doesn't appear to be Ubuntu and I thought they didn't support the RPi so are you sure that is what operating system that your Pi is running?
Either way you can usually use modprobe, lsmod & rmmod to temporarily unload the ipv6 kernel module but depending on which distro you're actually using as far as how to permanently disable it, if you insist....
