Hey, thanks in advance, you guys are always helpful.
Here is my problem. I am running Arduino on my Pi-4. What has happened in the past, and is happening more frequently, is that my mouse stops worling. Sometimes, I jus tneed to unplug my wireless mouse adaptor from teh USB, and replug it in and it starts working. Other times both mouse and keyboard stop working and it requires a reboot in order to fix.
When I reboot, when the desktop GUI unloads, I see a bunch of text on the screen that looks like a bunch of error codes, but they flash by too quickly to see what the problem is.
Is there a log file somewhere that contains these system errors?
Roger
Re: where are the error logs?
The only standard place will be under the directory /var/log.
The actual location will depend on the application displaying the error and the error may not be logged anyhow.
Your first task it to find the application displaying the error.

Try putting the mouse dongle on a usb extension lead.
