load cell noise with ads1256 board

Dear all,
I'm recently combing an ads1256 board(https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/High-Pre ... D/DA_Board) with my load cell (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14729) to precisely record weight change in milliseconds. However, the values fluctuated a lot even averaging doesn't work sometimes. The sampling rate was set at 1000ms and I've checked my load cell is good by using Arduino and HX711. Is there any example of the combination between ads1256 and load cell?
