No HDMI output on RPi 4

Hi everyone.
I have strange problem.
Yesterday HDMI on my Pi 4 (with Pijuice and a bunch of sensors) worked as intended, 1080p on my monitor. I left it overnight in the lab, nobody was there to touch it. I unplugged it from wall adapter when I left. This morning I turned it on using Pijuice. Resolution on the monitor was something like 640x480. Rebooted Pi and voila, now after 264 attempts I still cannot get any picture on HDMI-0! I can SSH, however. It drives me crazy because I did not change a single thing from yesterday and with 5 different monitors/TVs I get the same result.
Can config.txt be changed without user knowing it?
