OpenVPN on Pi - Error tls error: tls key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)

Hi,

I am new to all this and was wondering if someone out there ran into this issue.

I followed all the directions with the use of Open VPN and for some reason I keep getting this error:
"tls error: tls key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)"

Can you please assist with this matter?
