I have a pi 4 b, 4GB Model, i have been using the HDMI port 1 for a while due to port 0 not working, i tried reformatting the sd card and now the whole pi does not boot, i used the official card formatter from the pi website, anyone have any clue what happened? I can post more details if needed

hdmi boost (currently) has no effect for a P4B - perhaps, if you can, try a shorter/different uHDMI-to-HDMI cable, or, if you're currently using a uHDMI-to-HDMI adapter try with a (shorter, overall) cable instead.
Trev.
Still running Raspbian Jessie or Stretch on some older Pi's (an A, B1, 2xB2, B+, P2B, 3xP0, P0W, 2xP3A+, P3B+, P3B, B+, and a A+) but Buster on the P4B's. See: https://www.cpmspectrepi.uk/raspberry_pi/raspiidx.htm
