Bluetooth problem

Tue Apr 07, 2020 8:08 pm

I own the original raspberry pi 3. I have owned it since 2016. I am happy that it is faster and has good built in wifi and bluetooth. They have worked great for me. But in 2017 when I did an update, bluetooth suddenly stopped working. Wifi was still working though and is still working. I still am having the bluetooth problem today. I tried restarting the bluetooth service, the hciuart service, I tried installing bluez, reinstalling pi-bluetooth, I have an appropiate power supply, I have tried a lot of suggestions. Can someone please help me? I have been having this problem for years and am still looking for an answer. Thank you.

Start by writing a new SDCard with Raspbian Buster.
