Pi-4 is there a way to have it boot up with no monitor ?

On boot up, the Pi-4 seems to need a monitor connected and on in order for a desktop to appear over the network. Is there a way to have it boot up with no monitor connected and see the desktop over the network like the 3b does?

Use sudo raspi-config to set a fixed resolution. Choose anything other than: Default Monitor preferred resolution
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated RPiOS Buster w/ Desktop OS.

I figured it out. Just select the overscan box in configuration.
