Rapsberry pi4 screen wont update when rotated

Hi.

I have a Rpi4 that i have connected to a Asus MB16ac.

I have installed Raspian and used this guide to get displaylink to work

Now i have a awsome error.
When the screens orientaion is normal everything works perfectly.

but when i change it to be right or left ( im going to use it as a information display)
It only updates when i move the mouse or press something on the keyboard.

I have reinstalled the software and also the OS, but nothing seems to change.

Is there anyone that has any ide?

How are you changing the orientation?

I have tried to change it in the settings and using xrandr commandline.

What about the screen configuration utility? Presuming you are running the desktop of course.

I have tried with the screen configuration utility (see pic and video) and also with command "xrandr -o left/right"

Very weird indeed. Does it only happen in Chromium, or for all screen updates?

it is for all screen update. it was just easy to show with the website open.

And i also wrote something wrong. there is no update of the screen when i use the keyboard. just the mouse.

And i cant figure out why.

Sorry for asking, but can you post a small video which shows the screen behavior when you change orientation, click the green arrow (apply button) and close the screen configuration utility? Which Raspbian version are you uisng (i,e, perform update/full-upgrade)?

Image with desktop and recommended software based on Debian Buster
Version:February 2020
Release date:2020-02-05
Kernel version:4.19
Size:2532 MB
