Did you read the boot problem sticky in troubleshooting?

If not start there!

You appear to have overlooked the bit that said:
If you have checked all the points above, but you still cannot get your Pi to boot, and you want to post a question about it, please mention having checked all the points in the Boot Problems Sticky. If you don't, peoples reaction will be to send you here!
Which is what happened...

Might be worth reviewing again, in case there is anything else you missed? There is nothing that the volunteer helpers in these forums are wilfully concealing from you.

It might help to state what model of RPi board is involved.

Is this a problem with a new board fresh out of the box, or a previously-working device that has failed?

What Operating System are you trying to install and run?

Have you tried doing a Recovery, as detailed on this page.

The third paragraph of the document already referenced seems to cover exactly that situation:
If you have a PI 3B+ that, after some days or weeks of working, suddenly has stopped booting, then please check if there is still 3V3 on the system. There have been a few reports of the 3V3 supply suddenly stopping working, often after shorting the 3V3 to GND. To check for the absence of 3V3 measure on the 3V3 GPIO pin, (pin 1, see https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... /README.md, the left most pin on the bottom row, indicated with an orange dot) with the red lead of your meter and with the minus lead touching the metal shield of either the USB ports, the Ethernet port, or even the HDMI port, as all of these are connected to GND. Set your meter to DC Volt. Make sure the probe you are measuring with does not slip, and simultaneously touches any of the other GPIO pins, as that might instantly destroy your PI, especially shorting the 3V3 pin to the 5V pin will prove to be fatal. Unfortunately without 3V3, your PI is broken, and is not user repairable.

Sounds, and possibly smells, as though it is dead or dying...

Could be you zapped it with static electricity, or any of the other "causes for sudden dead" scenarios listed in on of my pitfall sticky in beginners.
