New P4 no signal

Hi just plugged new P4 into tv hdmi no signal, lights on red green , pi power lead, any ideas????

Are you using HDMI 0 (the one next to USB C Power) or HDMI 1?

Have read threads ethernet lights on,used both hdmi ports nothing

Checking whats on sd card , small tv square with exec on it , underneath unconfirmed 53484 ownload, will not open to see files< have i loaded noobs properly?
