Raspberry Pi 4 b USB port has stopped working

My Raspberry Pi 4 b USB worked well two days ago. But it‘s not working today.
The keyword and u-disk are not showing in lsusb.
dmesg do not print anything when I plug/unplug the usb devices.
Please help me to find out what is wrong.
