Raspberry Pi 3b+ not booting after connected to Raspberry pi camera

I am using Raspberry Pi 3 b+ for 3 months. I connected the pi using laptop Ethernet SSH connection. Yesterday i connected raspberry pi camera to the raspberry pi and enabled the interface setting using .raspi/config setting. But suddenly the pi disconnected and not booting till now. I have installed the Raspbian OS using NOOBS on the SD card. I also changed the SD card but still the problem persist Please help!!!!

I tried this also but raspberry Pi is not booting
Only the red light is on and ACT led is not on for a single time. :/

Could you tell what happened exactly or to my Pi?
or there is manufacturing default in Pi !.

Are you sure you connected the camera to the CSI and not the DSI by mistake?
Do you own a multimeter / voltmeter you could use to measure the +5V and +3V on the GPIO pins?
Have you tried a different power supply and a different SD card?

I tried a different power supply and 2 different SD and connected the camera to the CSI port near to the HDMI port though i have not measured +5 V or +3V on the GPIO pins

No,The green ACT LED does not blink when no SD card inserted !!

It shouldn't blink on a Pi 3B+. Only the Pi 4B (and possible later versions) do anything with the ACT LED without an SD card.

Then why Pi is not booting ? Please help !
It has been a 2 weeks now...I have not found a solution to this !

I think you need to test the 3.3V is still present on the gpio header as that is a known point of failure on the pi3B+ , the sudden failure of this is for no apparent reason has been reported on this forum.

What he said, you need to check the voltages, especially the 3v. Best guess is you had an electrostatic discharge while connecting the camera and something got fried.
