So does anyone know why my Kano Touch Screen won't work?

I built a Kano Computer Kit, but I can only get it to work as a laptop computer and not as a tablet. I have confirmed I have a touch screen, what cord can I buy to replace that one for the monitor.

The 'manual' for building does not give any details but it looks like the orange one is a USB cable.
Can you post a picture showing both ends?

I tried Plugging it in several combinations including the one in the manual and nothing has happened. I need to replace it.
