Issue starting scripts at system startup

Thu Jan 17, 2019 4:24 pm

Ok guys, I'm facing an other problem with the raspberry:
I've created two scripts main.py and send.py that are executed through the lxterminal by the system at the raspberry startup using a .sh file. The problem is that on the raspberry 3A+ the two scripts only start when I move the mouse or I press a keyboard button, while trying the same script on a raspberry 3B+ they automatically start. I don't know if this is caused by a the different software version between the two raspberries or something else, but I can't understand why the same script automatically starts only on the 3B+ system.
Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

What process is supposed to start those scripts on system startup?

And are both Raspberries sequentially sharing the same SD card?
Want to make your own Raspbian image?
  • Hard way: Mess with confusing terminal commands.
  • Easy way: Let Pi-Power-Tools do it all for you!
Boot your image in a VM, Flash from the Internet at top speed, Mount (to drop files in), Edit partitions, Shrink/Expand, Repair, and more. Enjoy! :)
