Green LED will flash 3 or 4 times

Hello,

Raspberry Pi fails to start my more. I Red LED lit and the green LED will flash 3 or 4 times. So I have a problem with loader.bin. I reformatted my sd card and even tried other sd card but I still have the same problem. When the problem happened I was in Openelec am and is restarting the Raspberry Pi restarts more. I even tried with 9.18.2012-wheezy-raspbian.zip but still same problem. I hope someone can help me.

Can you try re-downloading the latest Raspbian image? It's possible your download was corrupted the first time.

I have already done, but the problem is always the same.
