I need to make Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ an Access Point to my home router via ethernet cable.

Router ----ethernet cable------->RaspberryPi (Access Point)

My goal is to connect from any device to Raspberry(like an Access Point) and connect to internet. Can you Help me ? I tried various ways but i didn't make it.

Have you tried the official documentation

https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... s-point.md

If that fails, where does it go wrong? What are the error messages?

Now, i make it to show in wifi list of search.
When i try with my phone(Android) i can't connect -> The error is : Failed to obtain IP address
When i try with my PC it connects to wifi but i don't have internet -> "Wi-Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration
