epiphany browser

Fri Jan 12, 2018 1:47 pm

Hi,

I am just starting with Raspbian. So far, it is very interesting.

My only problem is that I can't use epiphany browser. I installed it with the terminal but it doesn't appear in the internet menu next to chromium.

Could someone give me hand on this subject, please ?

Thanks a lot !

Have a nice day,
Mathieu

Try this:
Go to the Raspberry Pi icon in the top left corner of your screen (the place where you execute programs), go to Preferences>Main menu editor.

From there, go to the Internet tab and check the programs you want. In your case, youll probably want to check all of the Epiphany browsers options. Dont worry, only two will actually show up in the Programs Menu.

When youre sure you checked everything, click on OK in the bottom right of the Main Menu Editor program. From now on, you should be able to see your Epiphany browser. If its not there, restart your Pi.
