Can't shutdown properly

Thu Nov 16, 2017 11:13 pm

Greetings!

Whenever i select shutdown from the menu or use "shutdown -P now" or "shutdown -H now" it gets to the blackscreen only showing "plymouth-poweroff.service" at the bottom left corner and stays there. It doesnt shutdown even after 10minutes. Restart works fine.

Its a RPI 3 B and raspberian.

sudo shutdown -P now

and

sudo shutdown -h now

Are pretty much the same thing. Either should work.

However, sudo shutdown -H now is an entirely different command (halt).

And sudo shutdown now (with no options) works fine for me.

Are you booting from USB or SD card?
