Did you install this version?

Please give more information when requesting help, including what you are doing, what you've done and what errors you get.

I installed the newest version. There are no errors, when I click install it just keeps on showing the "starting" loading screen/bar.

The more information you can give us the better.

Which model Pi are you trying to use it on?

Which OS? Is it Raspbian Stretch?

The 'newest' version appears to be for windows, which won't work on the pi, so again, which version did you try to install (an x86-64 linux version won't work either)?

We're trying to help you, but you're not helping yourself by not giving the information requested.
