How to get case?

I looked at pibow and other dedicated cases.. and I can't imagine spending twenty euros for a case.

I wonder where to get reliable casing that wouldn't cost more than 2€ maximum + work.

I have plastic bottles, aluminium cans, cardboard, paper, hot glue, CD/DVD cases, several kinds of foams here + some basic tools. Depending about the quality of measurement and use of tools, I guess I can reach tolerance in tenth of millimeters but not more precise than that.

Ideas? It'd be nice if it'd look good and be easy to mount, but for starters I'm looking for anything at all.

If you want something dirt simple and cheap, you could try...

Ingredients
- Cut out 2 rectangles from the clear front of CD cases
- 4 wooden dowels or 4 plastic wall plugs
- 8 screws

Method
- Use the clear plastic to make the floor and roof of the case
- Use the dowels or wall plugs to make pillars from the floor to the roof
- Use the screws to hold it together

Careful placement of the pillars will stop the board moving very much.

It's an engineering challenge to get this thing into a case of any kind. So it might be reasonable what you propose although it only allows me to mount this thing.

cheepest one is the bx it comes in ...
apart from that ... what ever floats your boat ... the PIbow is excellent
