Stretch is auto-starting a program

Wed Aug 23, 2017 1:21 am

After updating to Stretch, I find that it continuously tries to open a program (Direwolf). It opens a terminal but not the program itself. After a couple of minutes I might have 10 or 12 terminal windows open. Between all this if I go an open Direwolf manually then the auto-start stops and all seems fine. Why is it trying to open this program? I've never set it to auto open (don't know how).

Another issue is I can't SSH into it anymore. I know I'm doubling down with this question but I've been unable to SSH since the update too.

The first Direwolf I found via a Google search is packet radio software.
Not the sort of thing K would expect to find on a default Raspbian build.

Who said it was a "default" Raspberry Pi"? This is the correct software. But its not the software causing the issue, something in the Pi is causing it. Ideas?
