Stuck in a boot-loop

Mon Sep 24, 2012 10:39 pm

I got my brand new model b today and first thing i did was to use Win32DiskImager to flash the raspbian wheezy onto it. Power up seems fine, i see the red/green led's light up, hdmi picks up, boot screen starts, with the logo and very fast load up of text. Then a rainbow colored square appears and then blank screen, and the boot process starts all over and it keeps doing this until I pull the power.

This is often caused by the power supply being inadequate.
