Minecraft Pi through VNC black screen problem

Mon Mar 06, 2017 9:42 pm

Hi guys, I configured vnc on my Raspberry Pi and all work perfectly except Minecraft. When I start the game all that I see is a black sreen but if I connect raspberry pi to a monitor with HDMI Minecraft works perfectly. How can I solve the problem?
I made a site with a raspi projects' collection, my idea is sharing my projects with other people.
My web site is https://raspiproject.altervista.org/ I hope you like it and you want work with me

Hi, assuming you're using the RealVNC software that comes installed by default with Raspbian, you need to go to the vnc options > troubleshooting and enable experimental direct capture mode. That allows you to see Minecraft and other directly rendered content.

RealVNC recently had an updated release:

Yes I'm using RealVNC and now I enable the troubleshooting option and now it works! Thank you very much, you can also tell me what option modify to get better the streaming quality?
