NaCl (Native Client) on Chromium on RPi3

Sat Feb 11, 2017 3:49 pm

Hello,

I've tried many things to get ARChon Runtime wokring with latest Chromium Browser on my Raspberry Pi 3. That's when I found out, that WebGL & NaCl is needed for this runtime to work. WebGL could easily be turned on at chrome:flags, but there's no option to activate NaCl. After reading many threads and bugtrackers, I think NaCl is currently disabled because it won't allow building chromium-browser. So I've tried tons of older builds, but could not find an arm release of chromium-browser with working NaCl, although some posts indicate that it was working in the past.
Then I've tried Exagear Desktop which brought me a chrome browser with NaCl working, but also with a non-working WebGL :(
Could somebody tell me if there is a build of chromium-browser out there which has native client working? Or is my search senseless?

Thanks in advance!

You would have to build Chromium yourself if you really want it. I'm not supporting NaCl so you're on your own.
There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't.

Thanks for your help! I'm kinda noob, but not in fear to learn how to build :) But do you maybe know if an older version with NaCl-support is out there? That would be much easier ;)
