SSH issue over smartphone

Thu Jan 26, 2017 11:13 am

I've got a strange issue witn my Pi.

Pi, notebook, smartphone on the same WIFI network, i can connect from my notebook over Putty but did not manage to connect over smartphone. I've tried different android apps, without any success. Interesting fact is, that for example with JuiceSSH app, it shows that the password authentication has succeeded, but the command line does not appear, in fact nothing appears, it is just stuck at the last message (authentication has succeeded). After this attempt, if i connect through Putty form my notebook, it connects, and shows as the last connection the connection over the smartphone :)

Any ideas?

Thank you

I recommend you to remove all connections in JuiceSSH and create new one.

I had the same problem if using wifi and the ethernet was not connected.
Edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config and add this to the end, then reboot.

Code: Select all

IPQoS cs0 cs0
