I'm trying to connect my Arduino at SPI so I can have more than 1 Arduino in my Raspberry Pi.
I found this website http://mitchtech.net/raspberry-pi-arduino-spi/
It is a tutorial about how to do it.
There is a comment at the bottom of the tutorial:
Wow, can the 3.3V RPi tolerate the 5V TTL levels of the Arduino?
Hmm from http://elinux.org/RPi_Low-level_peripherals “The pins use a 3V3 logic level and are not tolerant of 5V levels, such as you might find on a 5V powered Arduino.”.
I don't want to blow up my RasPi, but i'd like to know if someone has already tried this...It might work only because the example doesn’t send any information from the Arduino back to the Pi and thus putting 5v on the Pi input pin.
