lag repeater Wifi

Hello,
I am trying to make a wireless repeater with my Pi3.
I meet a lag problem. Here is my setup:
For the test I put the raspberry next to the box. My internet connection is 1MB/s
Here are my results:
PC2 => pi3 (Download ubuntu): 300 kb/s: At this time, the ping PC1 => pi3 is 300ms RESULT
ft3 => Download ubuntu (wget): 1 MB / s Ping PC1 => pi3 remains to 5 ms RESULT
PC2 => BOX (Download ubuntu): 1 MB/s
I use hostapd, dnsmasq and iptables.
Someone would have a solution? Or other tests to be performed to try to isolate the problem?
