Eject USB

Mon Sep 12, 2016 10:45 am

Hi all,
I found problem when I want to remove USB stick connected to Raspberry Pi 3 Jessie image (Last one).
It found USB connected device but when I have to remove it, it is DISABLED but the USB is represent in eject safety option in panel.
Is maybe there an option to enable this option?

Thanx,
Faramon

On the GUI the automounter will do an eject by clicking on the icon in the top right of the screen.

From a command line
sudo apt-get install eject
sudo eject /dev/sda1

Hi,
the icon in the top right of the screen was disabled but it shows mounted Disc.
This appears for a couple of times. Now when I mean to screen capture it, it is enabled and i unmount from icon.
I dont know what happens. I did not restart Rasberry pi, it just became enabled.

Thanx,
Faramon

Hi there,

today I found same problem.
I put SD card in USB SD Card reader and have put it to USB on Raspberry.
Then I have done the SD CARD COPIER in new Jessie option and when finished, I want to unmounted from option in taskbar but again, my option was disablead (see image).
This is BUG i think.
