Hi,
My Raspberry pi reboots or gets into reboot loop while I try to install Raspbian OS. I have re-formatted the SD Card, but I still get the same issue. I am using a sandisk 16 gb micro sd card that came with the Pre-loaded NOOBS. Any help ?

most reboot lops are caused by insufficient power. Use a better supply and/or USB power cable.

I have checked, there seems to be no issue with the power supply, I had no issues with Raspberry pi 2. Now, I have installed Raspbian OS after multiple re-tries, also installed camera. But, I am still getting reboots at irregular intervals

And how did you check the power supply and cable?

Why do people come here and ask for advice, then dismiss what they are told?
How, exactly, did you check?
The fact that you "had no issues with Raspberry pi 2" means absolutely nothing. The Pi3 is more power hungry than the Pi2. So what are you using for a power supply?
FYI: The official Raspberry Pi Foundation PSU for the Pi3 is 5.1V, 2.5A.

No, I am not being dismissive of the advice, I am using a Power Supply Adapter Charger which is 5V/2.5A , that's the reason I mentioned that the SU is not an issue.

Is it a Raspberry Pi power supply, or a phone charger?

How long, and how thick, is the cable from the PSU to the Pi? Short and fat is good.
Have you measured the voltage at the Pi?
Is the red PWR LED on?
Is there a (small) rainbow square voltage warning on the screen?
Try "vcgencmd get_throttled" in a terminal window, and post the output. This will reveal if there has been a power issue since the last reboot.
