Black screen when mouse moved

Yesterday, I got a raspberry pi 3 and I ran Noobs and all of the files. However, at midday, I went to use my raspberry pi and up to now, whenever I move the mouse or press any key, the screen goes black and when I leave it for another 3 seconds the screen comes back on and then I move the mouse, black screen...

Could anyone tell me if there is something wrong?
