Hi Guys

Some really scary stuff happened... The pi would not load and I could not attach wot it using Webmin....Finally it is back.

I tried to load Samba via Webmin...5 times...finally worked.

I can now see my HDD...but it is in a really strange place....media/pi/settings/suppliers/suppliers/<no subfolders>

I got this from the pi screen and this is very confusing????

I tried to make a directory

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ mkdir /Suppliers
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/Suppliers’: Permission denied
pi@raspberrypi:~ $

My thinking is that I want to see the HDD as "Suppliers"....but Pi is not letting me....

What can I do???

I did some remounting....I think...

GNU nano 2.2.6 File: /etc/fstab Modified

proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/mmcblk0p6 /boot vfat defaults 0 2
/dev/mmcblk0p7 / ext4 defaults,noatime 0 1
/dev/sda /Suppliers ntfs-3g defalts 0 0
# a swapfile is not a swap partition, no line here
# use dphys-swapfile swap[on|off] for that

Then rebooted - Now locked out

sulogin; root account is locked, starting shell.

Sorry....but this is very confusing

What can I do????

I keep getting different errors at different places...

Then the pi goes down...

Can I recover from a locked out????

I pushed recovery and I am back at the install OS????

Is there a resoruce that goes from installing samba to mounting/unmounting HDD.....I think that is the hardest part.

Is there a quick unstallation option last time it took hours....???

This is very hard...I am sorry that I am the only person on the planet that the pi will not work....All I want is a small NAS
