RPI hangs on upgrade

Hi guys

I just got my brand new RPI2, but I experience a lot of troubles when trying to upgrade the packages.

Here is what I have done
Formatted my 32 GB KIngston MicroSDHC UHS-I Class10
Installed Raspbian (img fra 26.02.2016) stand-alone
Inserted the SD card to my RPI and attached a dongle for wifi and key/mouse
Turned on the RPI
Expanded the file system and reboote in console mode.
ran:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

That is how far I get. My RPI always freezes when unpacking doing the upgrade operation. It does not matter if i use apt-get or aptitude.
I know it is frozen since it does not reacted, both LEDs are on and not fluctuating and I have tried letting it run for 8 hours.

Here is what I have tried:
formatting the SD and wipe it (30x overwrite)
Installing NOOBS
Installing Wheezy (did not boot, though)
Checking for fake using h2test
Using cable instead of wifi dongle

No matter what, my RPI freezes and does not allow me to unpack anything without freezing.

Have any of you tried something similar and do you have a suggestion for a solution?

I have the same problem, but on a RPI3. I notice a lot or error messages from the file system, EXT4 complaining delayed allocation of extents fail. From then on, nothing works.

I've checked my sd card for read and write errors on my laptop, but the card seems fine.
