Not boot after soldering run

Hello I have a problem, after solfering a connector on the run, to check off, the raspberry ft 2 + not start, only the red LED lights up and then does not do anything, can you help?

What exactly have you soldered?

Any chance of a close up photo of it to check for short circuits etc?

I checked short circuit there are none, I soldered two terminals on the terminal run the card.

that will cause the RPi to stay in reset mode so yes it will not work after being soldered

No, he said there's no short between the terminals.
@kalle67:
did you take care while soldering that there was no ESD? You might have killed the run pin.
What you can check is if one of the pins is at 3.3V (there's a pullup on one pin, the other one is GND)
