I ordered a video board which works perfectly fine with the HP monitor. I also have performed some soldering to a generic USB that connects the digitizer board to the glass panel. However, the issue I have is the touchscreen does not work.

Here is what I found in terminal of what I am experiencing:

I am assuming there are drivers that are needed for this board, however I do not have enough knowledge to compile drivers and what not... Any suggestions for my half way finished project would be awesome!!

Also I am running Raspian if that helps a little.
