Hi,
I bought the Raspberry pi 2 and some accessories with it.
Thing is that I'm following a book's instructions (Adventures) and once running the Python Program the buttons do not work at all. I've tried the Switch.py too but nothing outputted.
Any help is appreciated!!
Thanks!

this isn't rocket science, if you replace the switch by holding two wires together (or not), and it doesn't work then its in your code or circuitry, otherwise you are wiring the push switches up wrong.....

In the pictures you have posted there do not seem to be any connections to the push switches. Is that a deliberate omission?

That's on purpose for a clear shot! The circuitry was fully wired up when tested.

It would be an advantage to see how you wired them

A "clear shot" is worthless if it tells us nothing!
Use a single larger picture of the whole setup of all the wiring, and we might be able to spot a wiring mistake.
Also, use the [Img] tags, and place [size] tags around it using the "Normal" drop-down menu, to set the picture size to "huge".
Again, this is simple material, examples on how to do it can be found everywhere.
P.S. why does your PI look if its made of white cardboard?
