1. DL'd the Debian squeeze image, unzipped, checked the SHA1 was correct.
2. Used 'dd' to make the image to the SD card:
dd if=debian6-19-04-2012.img of=/dev/disk5s2
That took over half an hour.
Note: the disk would not mount to the Mac (OS X 10.7) after the write was finished.

3 Set it all up
- iPhone 5W power supply with USB cable
- HDMI to television
- Apple keyboard and mouse
4. Powered it up.
Power light "ON"
OK light is a pinpoint, not bright like the power light.
Nothing on screen (verified I had the right HDMI selected/checked others).
Other LED's are off.
So, I believe I didn't get the image onto the SD card correctly. What's the best way to do that with a Mac? (OS X 10.7).
