White line across top of LXDE environment

There is basically a white line across the top of the desktop environment, everything is accessable but the line can get a bit annoying at time, it isn't massively big but can get in the way of things.
Anyone know how to fix, and why it occurs?
Thanks!

Is it still there before LXDE starts? Or only in LXDE?

Only in LXDE.

That's odd, when I login to it via my user that I created, and with sudo su. The white line goes, but without sudo su it has the white line.
:O.
Bare in mind I also have VNCServer installed, check the thread here to see what's done and maybe you or someone can find out the problem:

Heh, seemed to have fixed it by just messing around not knowing what to do, just clicked around like mad until it occurred to me that maybe it was Openbox that was the problem. Right clicked on the top where the white line was, and clicked "Delete this panel," and it went away.
So if anyone has this again. Take a gander at this topic!

I had this too. To fix it I did the following
Right click on the panel.
Select Add/Remove Panel Items from the pop up menu
From the Geometry tab Select bottom.
From the Panel Applets tab Add a menu.
Play around with the other applets until you get your desired options.
