My Aim: I want to connect My PC Desktop to Raspberry Pi Zero W using HDMI.
It can't work - don't try, or you could damage your RPi and/or your PC.
Just because it is possible to buy a cable for connecting A to B doesn't mean it is reasonable to connect A to B. HDMI is a means to send digital video/audio data from a source to a display. One end of the HDMI cable has to be connected to an output, and the other end to an input. The PC outputs
data on the HDMI port to go to a monitor. So does the RPi. Neither of them can be reversed to act as inputs.
If you want to send data between your PC and your RPi, use Ethernet.
