Hi all,

Hope someone can help me with "pi-hole" installation over ubuntu 20.04
I'm using Rpi4-8GB/64 bit version.

I followed links:

(same procedure, regardless the version).

The thing is that I never get final installation status window with any status (complete).
Everything else besides that last step looks fine and no errors present and installation itself inside terminal seams finished...
But nothing working and no status from pihole....I also can't access pi-hole web interface or do anything else...

When I run command for uninstall:
sudo pihole uninstall

Command is not recognized...
What Am I missing here... ?

Problem has been finally SOLVED:

Steps before even starting:

sudo pihole uninstall
sudo apt purge lighttpd
sudo pihole -r
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

useradd -G pihole pihole

sudo apt-get install gamin #crucial package required to install....which was missing in my case

Do general reboot (I just did complete power restart).

And after that You are ready to install Pi-hole (if You are lucky...)
curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | sudo bash
