Raspberry pi 4 Failed to Start Load Kernal Modules

Recently purchased a raspberry pi 4 to use as a desktop pc, tried to install lubuntu desktop and im getting this error which chucks me back into root a minute later

Update: Re-Flashing the Image with a better imaging tool solved the problem, Post Closed

You should post your Lubuntu questions on their forum at: https://ubuntuforums.org/tags.php?tag=lubuntu

When this happened on plain Raspbian it was due to the CUPS package trying to load PCI drivers that could never work on a Raspberry. What's in /etc/modules and /etc/modules-load.d/* and /etc/modprobe.d/*.conf
